You will find articles on the Support Desk that will assist you to resolve issues on your purchase(s) and ask us for assistance when your issue cannot be resolved. We also welcome your inquiries.
You must register a new account to open a support ticket. Since eMail has become so unreliable with ISPs (Internet Service Providers) deciding what to filter out of your inbox, our Support Desk ensures your issue is received and recorded. If you do not receive a response to a ticket, it could have been filtered out by your ISP. Please do not open another ticket - just log into your account to access your ticket(s) directly and view the status or resolution.
We also use the support tickets to assist us in making improvements to our site.
